1) You can use our printable  Fax Order Form or include at least these fields in your fax: |
- License Type (Single- or Site-License)
- Quantity
- Person or Company name to register on.
- Valid E-Mail Address
- EU-Customers: VAT-ID
VAT is charged for EU customers, unless a valid VAT ID is provided when ordering. VAT is always charged for Non-EU and German costumers. |
| 2) Send your order via fax to +49 40 547 547 39. Orders via mail are not processed. |

After we receive your fax, we will process your order and send you an invoice fax.
Invoices must be paid by direct bank transfer/wire transfer or using PayPal. We do not accept checks or credit cards directly.

4) As soon as we have processed your payment, we send you the software unlock codes and download instructions for AS2Doc Professional depending on your license type.
Site-license customers receive a single unlock key for site-wide use, customers of single or multiple licenses receive unlock keys for the amount of ordered items. |
Sales tax is charged for customers in Germany.
